I'm glad you opened this email, because in addition to some possibly interesting though not-very-exciting stuff about me, today we have links to lot of FREE ebooks!

About me and my Kindles...
|
|
|
I have three Kindle Fires of various ages, and if I don't have my hands on my computer keyboard, I may be holding a Kindle.
|
|
The oldest I have dedicated to playing Spider Solitaire, and I do that when I need to sit and unwind. I find Spider very calming!
|
|
My newest Kindle is attached to earbuds and I keep it in my bedroom for listening to some quiet video or audiobook in the middle of the night to lull me back to sleep. (I call documentaries and travel shows and low-key stories and reality shows my "sleep shows".)

|
My middle-aged Fire also has earbuds attached, and I use it for ebooks and audiobooks.
|
|
Why do I have so many Fires? I am always afraid one or more will "die" and I won't have something to read!
|
|
I love the Fires because they're lightweight and don't cost as much as other tablets. I bought all of mine on sale for about $50 each.
|
|
Of course I also have a Kindle app on my phone so I can read while waiting in the doctor's office!
